- CASA-approved operations: Remote Operator's Certificate (ReOC) held by VCP, flights conducted by a licensed remote pilot for RPA up to 25 kg
- Visual and thermal capture, flown to a defined inspection plan

- Water and process tank shells and roofs, elevated walkways, handrails, roof sheeting and cladding

Structural Integrity Inspections
Valley Consulting and Projects carries out risk-based structural inspections of fixed plant and structures, assessing condition against a defined risk framework rather than simply recording what is found. Every inspection is authored and signed by a chartered mechanical engineer, and the report is written to drop straight into your work management system.
- First-pass visual condition assessment of fixed structures, carried out with the plant online wherever access allows
- Defect register carrying a location, a hazard statement and a photograph against every item
- Risk rated by defect level and structural importance, with a Risk Priority Number derived in accordance with AS IEC 60812
